These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AvoCadabra mobile application ("App") operated by Better Tomorrow Films LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AvoCadabra, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

AvoCadabra is an AI-powered mobile application that analyzes images of avocados to estimate their ripeness. The App provides:

• Ripeness analysis and scoring
• Estimated days until peak ripeness
• Suggested uses based on ripeness level
• Optional reminders for when to eat your avocados

Important Disclaimer

AvoCadabra provides estimates only. Our AI analysis is based on visual characteristics and may not be 100% accurate. Factors such as lighting, image quality, and natural variation in avocados can affect results. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any ripeness prediction.

You acknowledge that:

• Results are estimates and should be used as guidance only
• Physical inspection (gentle squeeze test) should supplement our AI analysis
• We are not responsible for any avocado-related disappointments

Purchases and Payments

AvoCadabra offers a one-time purchase for lifetime access. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms and conditions.

• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• For refund requests, please contact Apple or Google directly
• Price is $2.99 USD (may vary by region)

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to scan anything other than avocados (results will be unreliable)
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to the GUAC character, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Better Tomorrow Films LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Better Tomorrow Films LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any inaccurate ripeness predictions
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any other matter relating to the App

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Better Tomorrow Films LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
